Dean relocated from Boulder, Colorado to Laguna Beach in 1986 and has extensive market knowledge of Orange County’s coastal communities. He has personally owned more than 15 residential and income properties throughout Orange County and has a comprehensive background in remodeling, design, property management and income property. Dean has a degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
